David has represented various truck accident victims in cases ranging from construction defects, to hit and run collisions. He began handling truck accident cases shortly after law school and followed by a brief stint at the public defender’s office. Although David welcomes any opportunity to go to court, much of his work occurs well before any trial. Often times, David’s primary goal is to act as the liaison with the client, opposing counsel, expert witnesses, and medical providers making sure that the client’s case progresses without unnecessary delay.
