Joe founded the Fine Law Firm in 1975 and has been showing up regularly ever since. He has established a reputation within the Southwest as one of the most highly regarding attorneys. In the decades that have followed, Joe has built a practice based on diligence, integrity, and perseverance.

On a regular basis, Joe is invited to speak on issues involving truck accident litigation and other personal injury claims. He has lectured before various members of the State Bar and helps educate other attorneys handling similar cases.
