Joe founded the Fine Law Firm in 1975 and has been showing up regularly ever since. He has established a reputation within the Southwest as one of the most highly regarding attorneys. His reputation is valued by other lawyers and judges that he is often called to help mediate and resolve other cases.

Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent After graduating for Colby College and the Syracuse University College of Law, Joe worked his way down to New Mexico where after spending a few years working for other law firms, founded The Fine Law Firm. In the decades that have followed, Joe has built a practice based on diligence, integrity, and perseverance.

On a regular basis, Joe is invited to speak on issues involving truck accident litigation and other personal injury claims. He has lectured before various members of the State Bar and helps educate other attorneys handling similar cases.
